  • Thermal Imaging. A selective scan of the interior surfaces with an Infrared Camera by a certified IR Thermographer.

  • Consultation: Dedicated time upon completion of the inspection to discuss the findings.

  • Discount for Add-on Services: Additional services from our Full Service List can be added for a discounted rate.

The Standard Plus Package Includes:

  • Termite Inspection: Performed by a certified pest inspector. Includes a separate termite inspection report.

  • Radon Test: 48-Hour test performed with a continuous radon monitor. Includes a separate radon test report.

  • Bundle Discount: This package includes a $20 discount for bundling services.

The Healthy Home Package Includes:

  • Home Inspection. Following the Tennessee Standards of Practice by a licensed Inspector.

  • Detailed Inspection Report. Includes videos and diagrams to help understand the issues and systems within the home.

  • Thermal Imaging. A full scan of the interior surfaces with an Infrared Camera by a certified IR Thermographer.

  • Consultation: Dedicated time upon completion of the inspection to discuss the findings.

PLUS

  • Mold Assessment: A specialized visual inspection focused on identifying possible mold growth and conditions conducive to mold-related issues.

  • Mold Testing: Collection of samples and delivery to a qualified lab for analysis to help gain a better understanding of indoor air quality and specific bio-organisms.

  • Indoor Air Quality Tracking: 48-Hour tracking of Radon, Temperature, Humidity, and Air Pressure.

  • Bundle Discount: This package includes a $50 discount for bundling services.
